Yes sir, you can, along with a few other suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Following are my recommendations sir:
+Yes, please do take the azithromycin 250 mg 1 tablet twice daily for 7-10 days (please write to me and attach images of the region on the 7th day so I can decide whether or not the course needs to be continued until the 10th day or not)
+Topical antibiotic ointment (should be easily available over-the-counter) like neomycin, metronidazole, mupriocin, etc.)
+Sterile dry dressing over the region, do not leave it open
+Keep the region dry and clean at all times
+Avoid weight bearing from a while
+Do not pick on it or try to drain it
+You can also take any pain killer that suits you and helps relieve the pain sir
I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

Thank you for your answer. I appreciate your taking the time to respond so quickly.
Sure thing sir :) explained the dosage and instructions :)
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Take 1 tablet of 250 mg azithromycin once in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast, and another one the same day about 30 minutes before dinner. The same should be followed for the entire 7 day duration of the course. Please do write to me on the 7th day before the night dose, along with a picture of the region in speaking so I can decide whether we can stop the antibiotics or continue it for another 3 days (depending on the progress).
I hope I have explained things in a manner best understood by you. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help. :)
Best wishes.
