Hello, Sir.

This could be urinary tract infection. Complete urine is best indicated.Cipro is rightly prescribed.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Possible small Renal stone?

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response owning to my hectic work schedule.

In presence of normal CT, ultrasound and urine examination, the possibility of a small Renal Stone (calculi) is significantly higher.

The small stone might have initially resided in the kidney, later might have tumbled down to bladder and finally might have been washed with the urine.

This causes it to be infected in the scan reports.

During it's transition , it might have brought you the pain referred to testis.

Ciprofloxacin can usually be effective in such conditions.

Having said that, I would like to know if you had under Scrotal ultrasound Doppler to rule out Epidydimitis .?

Are you still symptomatic?

I advice you to drink 3 liters of water a day to prevent dehydration and subsequent stone/infection formation.

Likewise Cranberry juice once a day will help keep away from Renal disorders.

Post your further queries if any.

Also provide answers to my 2 questions asked above.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Scrotal ultrasound Doppler is helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

In such a case, this suggest an inflammation of testis and epididimis .

Elevation of scrotal sac can relieve pain in such a condition.

It would be helpful if you can get a Doppler ultrasound of the scrotum to delineate this condition.

A week course of urinary antibiotic is required to completely eliminate infection of the scrotal sac.

I generally prescribe oral pills GUDCEF CV to my patients with such symptoms. Please check with your physician if he can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Please upload Scrotal Doppler ultrasound reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

You seem to be confused and worried over this issue.

Epidydimitis can have a varied presentation. Just because other symptoms are absent , one cannot totally rule out this condition.

I will explain you all things in detail if you can upload your Scrotal ultrasound Doppler.

Ciprofloxacin is usually not effective enough in completely eliminating the infection.

Thanks.
