Question: Can I take Clindamycin for a bladder infection? How about clarithromycin er? I am allergic to sulfa, penicillin and shellfish

Clindamycin and clarithromycin are not very good choices for treatment of a urinary tract infection.

A better choice would be something like ciprofloxacin in light of the allergies which you reported.

If youre having persistent symptoms I would recommend that you follow up with your primary care doctor or a local medical practitioner who can diagnose and treat you appropriately.
