First I would suggest you to get Urine pregnancy test if you have missed your period. Pregnancy must be ruled out before starting any medications.

I would like to know few more details, like
1) Do you have regular period every month?
2) Did you had unprotected intercourse in recent past? If yes, have you taken any
emergency precautions ( i pill)?
3) Do you have any other medical illness?

Cyclenorm p contains Norethisterone( a progesterone) and e contains ethinylestradiol (an estrogen).
Norethisterone is advised in some cases. Once you start using it, you will get period after 2-3 days of stopping Norethisterone (given in conditions where you need to postpone period for some time).
Cyclonorm P and e can maintain a balance of estrogen and progesterone in your body and can help to normalise your period if it is abnormal.
Of course Pregnancy should be ruled out before introducing any of these pills.

Therefore I would suggest you to get UPT first.

Since it has crossed more than a week, UPT can confirm the pregnancy which is more likely in your case. Kindly get it confirmed immediately.
If it is positive, you need to consult your OBGYN. Termination of unwanted pregnancy can be planned if you do not want pregnancy. It can be done with other medicines since it is in early pregnancy.
Non-monitored self medication can lead to uncontrolled bleeding.

Cyclonorm p or e are just birth control pills. They are not given to terminate pregnancy. They are of no use if given now.
