Brief Answer:
The medication is not shown to affect before 45 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms. XXXXXXX

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

Hormone therapy is likely to affect the embryo at 6 weeks of gestation when the gonadal differentiation is initiated.

There can be virilization of a female and abnormal position of the gonads in a male.

Considering that you are 13 weeks pregnant now, you are likely to have conceived during the month of March. This means you may have already completed the hormone course before fertilization since ovulation is inhibited by the medication.

This means your baby is safe. Yet, you should go through the routine monitoring as advised by your consultant.

Please take adequate rest and a healthy diet.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
