Does Intake Of I Pill Cause Irregular Periods?

I had sex with my partner in March and the next day I took ipill after that I got my periods twice normally in end the end of March and in the end of April but I missed my periods this month,and also I did not have had sex with my partner after March,what could be the reason for missing my periods?
