If this is an unplanned pregnancy and you wish to abort, then you must first get an ultrasound pelvis done to check for the location of pregnancy and rule out ectopic pregnancy. Medicines for termination of pregnancy work only in intrauterine pregnancy and not on ectopic. So please meet your gynecologist and get a transvaginal ultrasound done to check if the pregnancy is confirmatively inside uterus first.
