Brief Answer:
negligible chances of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes progesterone can delay periods.
If the test is negative chances of pregnancy are negligible.
Wait for your periods for another week and repeat urine pregnancy test and if still negative then you will need to take progesterone for withdrawl of periods.
Take care

Pls what is progesterone
Brief Answer:
normal female hormone
Detailed Answer:
P2 tablet you took as emergency contraceptive has high dose progesterone which is an important female hormone and is responsible for the delay in period you are experiencing.
Also progesterone if given in low dose over a period of 3-5 days when stopped will lead to withdrawal of periods (this is the physiological method by which we get periods in a natural menstrual cycle).
To explain this in detail - In a normal menstrual cycle ovulation occurs in mid cycle and then ovary secretes small amount of progesterone for a few days and eventually ovary stops producing progesterone and levels fall causing withdrawal of progesterone support to the endometrium causing shedding of endometrium and thus menstruation occurs.
