Brief Answer:
Your treatment is fine. Add an anti-allergic, mucolytic medication.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. Your current treatment is fine.
2. I would recommend that an anti-allergic mucolytic (such as Tab. Relent) should be added twice a day.
3. Kindly let me know the progress.
4. If the granular pharyngitis persists, a short course of oral steroids and a medicated gargle will help.
5. DNS is very common. If the colds are frequent, despite the medication, the nasal obstruction should be corrected.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
