Thank you for your response. I occasionally monitor my Blood pressure at home. It is usually in the range of 130/70 to 140/80. Now I am just after monitoring it this morning and was disappointed to get a reading of 148/94.
A friend suggested I take the bread soda to keep the body alkaline and I must agree that it is the best thing I have done health-wise in a long time. I can assure you that this is no placebo effect.
It has transformed my life by way of extra stamina and general well being.

Brief Answer:
Monitor again!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A single elevated value is not sufficient evidence for us to suggest that there is an increase in blood pressure. If we get more elevated values, then we may start investigating what is going on.
With you being more active than before, it may explain why the increase. For now, monitoring is my recommendation.
I hope this helps.. Let me hear from you with more values.
