Brief Answer:
It depends

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

While testosterone can affect a human body in many ways it cannot be said for sure if all men would be affected by high dose of testosterone. It depends on the sensitivity of the person towards testosterone.
I would like to know what was raised in your kidney function tests.
Is it creatinine? Creatinine clearance can be affected by testosterone as it influences the muscle mass of a man.
But 'YES' it affects already damaged kidney severely.
