Does Intestinal Colic Cause Lower Abdominal Pain?

Question: I am having bad lower abdomen pains, I feel like I am about to deliver a baby. I am not expecting. If I am able to pass gas, it's is very painful. My question is what ca n I do to get some relief? I have been this way for 4 a 5 days.
