Question: does the mucus release from penis as a result of involuntary sexual excitement? I dont want it to happen as I m ocd about any penis discharges. thanks

I can understand your concern.

I guess you are talking about semen (mucus). Yes it is possible that semen release can occur during involuntary sexual excitement. It happens generally when person is not involved in any sexual activity like masturbation or sex routinely or frequency of that is very less.

One solution to prevent such unwanted discharge is involvement in masturbation or sex regularly. This will empty the seminal vesicles regularly and there will be no excess semen and it will not come out involuntarily.

Other option is kegel exercise. You can learn it from internet and it will help to prevent discharge.

And last option is medication if your problem is severe. You can be given clomipramine for that.
