Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.
-Do you notice increased shedding of hair? If yes,
how many hairs do you lose in a day, approximately?and since how long have you been shedding more?
- Is there any preceding history of significant illness or surgery?which took a long time recovering.
- Is the hair thinner than what it used to be earlier?
Hope to assist you further with your concern..Take care.

Brief Answer:
Regarding thinning
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You possibly have androgenetic alopecia wherein though there is no visible increase in hair shedding but only thinning which manifests as a reduced volume of hair. I suggest you put topical Minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily. In addition, you may take oral Finasteride 2.5 - 5mg once a day (prescription may be required).
Take care.
