Question: Does ketamine infusion treatment for depression about 8 times a year over a couple of years able to cause any kind of heart problems? Or change your heart beat? Or cause Wellen's Syndrome?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that Ketamine infusion is usually safe.

Anyway in less than 10%of patients it is known to cause tachycardia, while more rarely ( less than 1%) it is known to cause bradycardia, cardiac arrhythmia and also high blood pressure as a possible adverse effect.

There are no reports on the literature about any possible implications of Ketamine infusion in Wellens Syndrome.

You should also know that even the above mentioned adverse effects are usually transitory and disappear after stopping the infusion.
