Brief Answer:
Possible metastasis
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
If I remember well, I have had a discussion with you even in the past. You are inquiring about your father, correct?
Well from the current CT report, I am sorry to inform you that this could quite possibly be metastasis ma'am. But further confirmation may well be required. In such a scenario, a more specific investigation may be required or the surgeon who operated on your father previously may have to look at the current report to actually finalise the diagnosis.
Unfortunately, if at all this is due to metastasis then the involvement of the aorta naval node is not good news. I hope this makes things more clear for you ma'am, please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always available to help.
Best wishes.
