Question: if I added medication to a urine sample will it show up in the urine test?

If you are getting urine routine study done then in that they won't check for any drug content in that.

Usually when a drug is injected or taken orally its products are excreted in urine which may be specifically tested.

If they specifically check for the drug added in the urine or there is change in urine colour suggesting drug content then your drug addition will be shown .
