Immunosuppressive drugs like steroids or anticancer drugs can decrease to little extent the production of antibodies but cannot make test negative.
Anti HIV drugs can reduce the load of virus but cannot make viral RNA test negative. Drugs are not known to make HIV test negative as of now .
