Brief Answer:
You can drink cleaner water and avoid juices
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Probably some type of mold is also present in your drinking water. In this way it can get mixed in your foods.
My suggestion is as follows:
Best cure is to prevent the infection by avoiding contaminated food and water.
Water is to be taken with low TDS (from reverse osmosis technique). Prepare food in this water.
Scrap off any food residue on tongue with tongue cleaner.
Avoid mouthwashes that have antibiotic action.
Nystatin cream for local application can be prescribed from your local doctor. Also see if this is available over-the-counter at your local pharmacy.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
