Does My EKG Look Ok No Ischemia Or Pulmonary Problem Seen On It Correct?
Question: Does my EKG look ok no ischemia or pulmonary problem seen on it correct?
Brief Answer:
ECG looks normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ma'am
Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query and ECG report. Your ECG looks normal. There is no ischemia or pulmonary issues seen.
If you don't have any clinical symptoms then nothing to worry. But if you have any clinical symptoms like chest pain or exertional dyspnea then you have to go for tread mill test and Echocardiography.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Your EKG doesn't show pulmonary embolism also. For pulmonary embolism there will be right heart strain in ECG. Large S wave in first lead, pronounced q waves with inverted t waves in lead three. This is the sign seen on EKG for pulmonary embolism. That is absent on your EKG.
Let me know if you have any follow-up or further queries.
Thanks.
