Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are not suggestive of any cardiac issues, especially considering the nausea.

I think that your symptoms are more suggestive of gastro-esophageal reflux, considering the nausea. For this reason, I recommend taking omeprazole twice daily during these days and avoid spicy food or large meals.

Regarding the lightheadedness, I would recommend taking plenty of fluids and avoiding straining physical activity. If lightheadedness is more prominent during standing up, it could be suggestive of orthostatic hypotension.

If the lightheadedness is more prominent when moving your head or neck, it could be suggestive of chronic degenerations in the cervical vertebral column.
