Brief Answer:
need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion negative blood group of mother will not cause any problem in first pregnancy.
It might effect furthur pregnancies if the husband is of positive blood group.
So I would like to know:-
1)What is your husband blood group?
2)Was any Anti-D injection given after D&C?
3)Any thyroid abnormalities detected in you?
4)Do you have any PCOD?
5)How are your menstrual cycles?
6)Was the abortion spontaneous or due to any cause?
7)What is your height and weight?
Kindly provide me the information.
Looking forward to hear from you.

Brief Answer:
Indirect coombs test is done

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,thanks for the information.
I understand your concern.
In my opinion usually after D&C anti D injection is given after the procedure in case of negative blood group provided if the partner blood group is positive.
This anti D prevents the complications in future pregnancies.
But you need not worry.Because during pregnancy certain tests like indirect coombs test is done at varying intervals to avoid any complications due to negative blood group.
So relax.
The cause of irregular cycles might be excess weight or stress. So I suggest you to consider weight reduction by adapting a healthy lifestyle.Because weight reduction itself makes the cycles regular.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
