Does Overdosed Luvox For Depression Have Any Side Effects?
Question: Hi i may have taken a double dose of luvox 100mg. I went on my break at work at 2am this morning and when i go to my locker i normaly take my tablet ( but sometimes i forget)10 minutes later i couldn't remember if i took my tablet or not so I took one. I have had a dry mouth and have had some diarrhea but apart from that i feel fine.

Luvox consists of fluvoxamine and it is a antidepressant. Maximum dose of it is 300mg per day. As you have mentioned that you take 200mg per day and may be tonight, you would have taken more than that, even then, it is up to maximum dose. There is nothing to worry about it.
Gastric upset, which got, may be due to drug, that would resolve in a day. Now just relax.

Just wanted to clarify i take 100mg of luvox per day. Do you recommend i take my next dose at the same time or a bit later?

Elimination half life of fluvoxamine is 17.4 and 25.9 hours and you can take your dose any time in day. It would maintain the drug level in blood. Even if some time you forget to take the dose, you can take it any time. It would give to same effect.
Normally, we tell patient to follow fix time schedule about drugs to avoid such kind of error.
