Does Pain In The Flank Area While Undergoing Treatment For E-Coli Indicate Cancer?

Question: had two infections nack to back a e coli and an strep infection with severe flank pain, i recently went to doctor where they took my ua and told me it was clear no more infection, so why do i still have pain in my left flank area? does it mean i have cancer?
Brief Answer:
This could be just a muscle problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Having pain in the left flank area doesn't mean that you have definitely cancer.
This could be just a muscle problem.
Please tell me, do ua means ultrasound abdomen?
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
