Brief Answer:

This could be just a muscle problem.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Having pain in the left flank area doesn't mean that you have definitely cancer.

This could be just a muscle problem.

Please tell me, do ua means ultrasound abdomen?

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
