Question: When you have had diarrhea for three days and you drink water constantly, with no intake of food the last day and a half will that cause a diluted urine test?

Diarrhea causes loss of water from the body and this leads to concentrated urine.This is a normal compensatory mechanism of our body.
Since you are taking water constantly,it will compensate your loss and urine is expected to show normal concentration.There shouldn't be diluted urine test.
