Question: In 1944 an anthropedist - no doctor available in war years -- induced labor in my mother 6 weeks early, no medical need. Twice he induced her. The afterbirth came before I was born and I shot out the canal. Life has been dificult for me medically. What does it mean when induced afterbirth comes first.

Brief Answer:
After birth coming first should not have any effect on you at 70.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

After birth includes mainly placenta. Part of the placenta must be covering the neck of your mother's womb. So during delivery it came out first followed immediately by you coming out of the birth canal.

Do consult Physician/Neurologist for bad speech and ophthamologist for bad vision.

I hope this is helpful. If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
