Does Pre-cum Pose A Pregnancy Risk?
Question: Me and my girl friend had contact on september 28th. Up to my knowledge I didn't ejaculate my semen. Then she got her periods date on October 1st 3 days after we had sex where she bleeded normal and usual. It is 32 days since her last date. Now it's november 1st. It is the delay in her date. Can she be pregnant
Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
I can understand your concern.
Since you did not ejaculate during your sexual act on September 28th and the fact that she had her normal periods of 3 days starting from October 1st and now her periods are delayed. IF YOU DID NOT HAVE SEX after the end of her menstrual bleeding & later on pregnancy is UNLIKELY.
The delayed period could be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, emotional upset and any medical illness she might have.
I advise you to take her to a gynecologist for further evaluation & treatment.
Best regards.

My girl friend consulted the gynecologist for delay in periods today. As she is unmarried gynecologist said that she couldn't undergo internal scan. She underwent external scan and prescribed tablets and asked to visit again if she didn't get periods. Gynecologist said that she ll get her date when she take prescribed tablets. She gave her blood for testing haemoglobin and thyroid. If she is pregnant, gynecologist would have found from external scan right??
Brief Answer:
Yes, the ultrasound scan can detect the pregnancy.
