Does Pre-ejaculatory Fluid Contain Sperm?

Question: Is it possible for a normal fertile man to never have sperm in his pre ejaculate?
Brief Answer:
it is possible
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
although some men may have sperm in the pre-ejaculation fluid, it does not apply to everyone. Sperm has not been detected in the fluid of many normal men.
There is no reason to worry about that. If you'd like to be sure about your fertility you can contact a urologist and check your sperm (not the pre-ejaculation fluid). The pre-ejaculation fluid is not used to determine fertility.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
You can contact me again, if you'd like any clarification or further information.
Kind Regards!

Haha yes I know. Is it possible to get pregnant 5 days before you release an egg ? Sorry that's a complete change of question
Brief Answer:
you can get pregnant by having sex 5 days before ovulation
Detailed Answer:
No problem!
The day of conception is the day of ovulation, so you don't get pregnant 5 days before ovulation but you can indeed get pregnant on the day of ovulation if you have sex 5 days before it. The sperm may live for up to 5-6 days in the vagina (although this does not apply to every man's sperm and every woman's vagina), so this is possible.

Oh. Okay thank you. One last thing before I rate this. I did my own semen anyalis with my microscope and obviously saw millions of sperm but I didn't see not 1 in pre ejaculate. I even used a staining solution and not even one dead sperm does that mean there is no sperm in my pre ejaculate?
Brief Answer:
could be
Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!
Sperm in the pre-ejaculation fluid is rare anyway, so you could have missed it. I can't say with 100% certainty whether you have sperm or not in the fluid but it seems like you don't! Don't count on that though regarding contraceptive measures!
Best Regards!
