Brief Answer:
Most important is regular exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi

In PCOS, it is most important to exercise regularly. This will help regularise the hormone cycles which will in turn regularise the periods. Progyluton should also help. Increasing the calorie intake in the form of more milk products (like butter, ghee, cream sweets, etc) will help with weight gain. Take a glass on milk with each meal. Avoid unnecessary medication that can disrupt cycles. Drink cleaner water to minimise gastro-intestinal issues. Keep a regular check on blood sugar levels. Regular follow up with your gynecologist.
