Brief Answer:
Lithium might impair concentration

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. If you can describe your symptoms and clinical history in detail then it would be easy for me to comment on your drugs. But if we consider lithium as drug irrespective of diagnosis then the drug is a mood stabiliser drug. It has great effects are n controlling mood and even in impulsive behaviour. It is a good drug for resistant depression also. The drug is considered as a neuroprotective drug and in some studies it has been found to cause less or no cognitive impairment. But in other studies the drug was found to cause poor concentration, impaired ability to judge especially in high doses. So if the concentration, creative thinking etc are important then in my opinion you should take the drug in low doses or avoid it if possible.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again
