I have gone through the details.

As it is protected intercourse there is no possibility of transmission of HIV or STDs.
You can allay fears of HIV.
The antibodies test is not conclusive at 16 days.
They are conclusive after 3 months exposure.

I do not see necessity to test for HIV as there is no risk.

Herpes and other STDs unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

Herpes can be transmitted by skin to skin contact or by kiss or by intercourse. If there is skin to skin contact, and there were active lesions then there is possibility of transmission of herpes .Otherwise almost nil possibility . Unlikely in your situation.

Other STDs I do not consider as risk.
I do not see risk to other family members.
