Does Pumpkin Seeds Cause Coumadin?
Is there any other nut or seed that would be a better source of protein for me than Pumpkin without causing worse bleeding of the nose??

No, pumpkin seeds do not cause thinning of blood. Even though there are several websites where it's mentioned (Rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acid which reduces chances of clotting) but this actually lacks enough medical data to say so.
There are no clear scientific evidence to say that pumpkin seeds cause thinning of blood.
Pumpkin seeds in medicinal doses usually are safe and do not cause any serious side effects.
In larger doses it can cause increased urination.
