Does Repeated Masturbation Cause Itching Throughout Genitals And Herpes?
Question: after masterbating continuously without missing a single day for about 3 months ...my penis and skiin over ball are itchy ....and there is some small herps (think soo not confirm ) which make me scratches it more ..pls helps me

okk ....right now that small swelling like point (which are not herpes ) are disappeared ( unless one from penis ) because im using a cream "DECADERM" for about 2 days ..this cream helps me to decrease itchyness from the skin ....and does i need the cream again and again to get over from itchy skin

Decaderm (Dexamethasone) is a type of steroid medication and used topically in various skin conditions like eczema or contact dermatitis to reduce itching sensations.
In your case,this small lesion does not look to be herpes rather it could be fungal infection or eczema form your descriptions like you said itching makes you scratch and it causes more itching with your history of repeated masturbation (penis rubbing).
However,I am not 100% sure about fungal infection since the image quality is not so clear.
But you can apply more potent anti-fungal drug in combination with topical steroid like (Betnovate-M or Clovate-M) which will give you better result on repeated applications for initially 5 to 7 days or until the lesion subsides completely.
Means it is better to diagnose it first or else apply combination drug which will cover both inflammatory part and fungal part.
You can see some local doctor or GP who will know about it and may prescribe it.

thanks for the answer ...pls give me the name of medicine not the salts because that make me easy to buy ...if both of them are creams then i have to apply both of them at same time ?
