The only conditions that may affect the baby from the blood group is Rh incompatability and ABO incompatability.
Rh factor is one which decides whether it will be positive or negative blood for a person. For eg: You having B positive blood means, that Rh factor is present.
Rh incompatability occurs when a Rh negative mother will have a positive child. This condition is not possible in your case as your wife is B positive (Rh positive).
Second condition, ABO incompatability occurs when a O blood group mother will have a A or B blood group mother. Even this condition would not affect in your case, as your wife is of B blood group.
Other conditions which my affects the baby is all dependent on the gene factors and DNA combinations, which has nothing to do with the blood group composition. The presence of any anomalies due to these can be found out via variable tests and scan in pregnancy.
I would suggest you not to think and worry too much, and if planning for a baby, kindly proceed with all your heart.
