I appreciate your concern for the sebaceous cyst on the scrotum.

It is unlikely to cause infertility in men.
Because the cyst is not attached to the underlying testicles. It does not interfere with the function of testes i.e., production of sperms and male sex hormones the testosterone.

It is XXXXXXX smooth and soft to firm in consistency which is present on the skin surface over the scrotum.
Actually it is not a true sebaceous cyst ("steatocystoma") which typical occurs on the chest wall, armpits, and scalp.
Scrotal cysts are basically epidermoid cysts which contain keratin not sebum and have nothing to do with the sebaceous gland.
