Does Sertalin Therapy Reduce Hypochondriac ?

Question: Dear Doctors,
I am a 32 year old man very hypochondriac and currently on sertalin therapy, 3 weeks ago I received the first dose of the covid 19 astra zenca vaccine and since then I have been left with a mild headache which presents in short duration cramps a sometimes spread to different parts of the head but it is mostly concentrated on the forehead and right temple, looking for news on the internet I read links to the brain tumor and I am terrified to have it, yesterday I was examined by a neurologist and the neurological exam was perfectly normal, the doctor told me that he suspects a tension headache and that if it continues I could do an MRI, he prescribed cortisone because I also have some tension in my neck, from this morning I have a persistent hiccup that occurs mostly when I toxic (I state that I currently have a laryngitis) ... I kindly ask you for your opinion on my situation ... I can feel comfortable about my fears about tumors?
I thank you for the answers

Brief Answer:
You should not be worried about brain tumors.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Since the Neurologist did not find anything after examination there is no reason to worry about brain tumors.
It is possible that your headaches are a consequence of the vaccine.
Neck problems ( spondylosis, muscular problems ) also may result in headaches.
Tension headaches also may be the cause.
I suggest you to follow the Neurologist’s recommendations and not to worry about any brain tumors.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

kind doctor, thanks for the answer, I wanted to ask you for a definitive opinion on the persistent hiccups that I have for 2 days, it occurs mainly during coughing or belching, disappears after drinking a lot of water, and reappears after some time alone I state that I suffer from years of gastroesophageal reflux and I am on therapy with pantoprazole as well as with cortisone, and also for a few days I have a sore throat from probable laryngyritis .. is a correlation with my fears of the tumor to be excluded? Can I feel comfortable about this hiccup?
Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Hiccups are linked mainly to gastrointestinal disorders, so, since you suffer from acid reflux, this is the most likely cause of the hiccups.
So, you should not be worried about any tumor relation with hiccups.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
