I have gone through your query; and it suggests that you are on good treatment.
For your information
1. This spray does not have effect on blood pressure and can safely use in high blood pressure patients, pregnant lady and childrens.
2. Yes sinus diseases have effect on eyes.
3. Continue the same treatment for at least three months if the condition persist or not improved then go for the nasal endoscopy and CT scan of PNS for further management.

Brief Answer:
May be either due to dehydration or irritant inhalants
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you feel dizzy, nauseous; coldness of the extremities may be either due to dehydration or irritant inhalants.
If you are using vapocaps or any irritants for hot steam then stop it and take only plain water steam by nebulizer.
If you are not using it then may be due to the dehydration because hot steam may encourages the little blood vessels to expand, to allow heat to escape the body more easily. If you are dehydrated, then amount of blood available to circulate to the brain may be low, causing dizziness. Therefore hydrate better before steam inhalation & take a steam by nebulization.
