Nope, pregnancy is not confirmed yet. I am trying to self analyse before the final resot of going and seeing a doctor .
I am trying from couple of months with no success. I got myself check up twice sonography and all that stuff. All reports are good . My periods have been super regular 28-30 days. No exception ever.
I am a non smoker and occasionally drink vine. No hard liquor. Dont have very high physical level of activities.
I am not able to understand reason for no success .
Like i said above i sleep on my stomatch with my face down. I don't know is that is a factor.

This month i have tracked my ovulation from day 8 till going on.i have got positive result on 19th day.i am little confused and trying to understand as to how i can ovulate on 19th day and have a 30 day cycle . This does not align with the theory of someone getting periods on 14th day from ovulation if it is not fertilized. Can there be an anomliy to that ?

Please go ahead and ask. I will be more than happy to give you more info.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Honestly speaking, sleeping on stomach is not causing failure to achieve pregnancy.
Sleeping on stomach can affect in later stages of pregnancy. But it has no role in conceiving.
And yes, it is normal to have 19th day ovulation and 28-30 days cycle.
The main thing is regularity.
You are suffering from infertility.
With due respect, if you allow me, I can guide you better in this. But for this I need to ask few personal questions.
Will you allow me?
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism can cause infertility.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Thyroid diseases like hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism can cause infertility.
Hypothyroidism is much more common than hyperthyroidism. Hypothyroidism affects women of productive age more.
In this, there is deficiency of thyroid hormones. So this causes transudative fluid accumulation in visceras (organs) including uterus. Hence uterus will be more edematous. So it will affect implantation. Hypothyroidism also interfere with motility of fallopian tube.
So hypothyroidism is known cause for infertility.
Common symptoms of hypothyroidism are weight gain, puffiness of face, decreased libido, shiny skin, increased sleepiness etc.
Please reply me if you have any of these symptoms, I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Treatment is available for both of these diseases.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Hypothyroidism is much more common in occurrence as compare to hyperthyroidism.
Hypothyroidism means deficiency of thyroid hormone. So treatment is supplementing thyroid hormone as oral tablets.
Hyperthyroidism means excess synthesis of thyroid hormone in the body. So treatment is antidote of these hormones as oral tablet.
These are easily treatable diseases, especially hypothyroidism.
So no need to worry even if you are having it.
There are some diseases which can be easily diagnosed just by seeing the patient. Same goes true with hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.
So if you don't mind in sending me your picture, so that I can guide you whether you need thyroid evaluation or not.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
