Does Smoking Cause Infertility In Men?

Question: If my husband smokes cigarettes does it mean that I will never ever conceive naturally? Or should I not lose hope? I feel like giving up

Smoking does affect sperms. But not in all men.

There are many men who are capable of fathering a child though they smoke heavily.

Hence it is not right to assume all smoking men cant conceive.

I have been followed up by the Gynaecology team and they can find no reason why I can not conceive naturally, though I still have my doubts. I feel like things will never happen
