Snorting a drug does not change its half life in any way. It simply affects onset of action -- snorting means the drug is absorbed more quickly than, say, oral ingestion. However, this comes at the severe cost of damaging the nasal mucosa, which can cause breakdown of the septum and breathing difficulty in the future.
