The pain started 2 months ago. I don't have a kidney stones problem, but i have stomach acid problems. The other symptom i have is that of a continuous left side headache that causes numbness to my left jaw, eye, arm, and leg, which I 'm trying to contain with sodium valproate . I have done a Head CT scan, which i m waiting for the results.
Brief Answer:
Probably the pain is due to stomach acid
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Your back abdominal pain is probably due to the stomach acid.
The acid reflux can cause pain that can radiate to your lower back.
I recommend using antacids after every meal to neutralize the stomach acid.
I also recommend to use medication to reduce acid production such as Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.
Try to avoid food that can trigger symptoms such as spicy foods.
If the pain continues, I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
Hope it helps dear.
Take care,
