Does Spotting Indicate Pregnancy After Unprotected Intercourse While On Birth Control Pills?

Question: Hii , I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend for the first time I was afraid to fall pregnant so I took birth control pills , sex was 2 days ago but I still have light bleeding or spotting!! So I'm wondering if I'm pregnant or what's wrong with me
Brief Answer:
Side effect of birth control pill.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Taking the high dose pills and stopping them can cause a mild bleeding that will stop on its own in next 4-5 days. Do wait for your next periods to rule out the pregnancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
