Does Stopping Masturbation Suddenly Cause Any Side Effects?
Question: hello i am 23 year old boy. i have a query that i have been mastributing from last 5 years . now i feel that i has become an addiction and i want to leave it. i want to stop watching porn and mastributing anymore. i want a healthy life. but i have a doubt that if i stop mastributing then is it going to effect my future married life when i will marry ?. i dont want to mastribute , i i will get marry then only i want to have a good sexual life. is there any problem if i stop mastributing? i am becoming addicted to this. i dont want to ruin my future married life. please help whether i should stop permanently because it is creating lots of mental illness inside me...i want to really stop porn and mastributing. in future is it going harm my married life? pls help

It has no any ill effect on your body and also on your future married life.
If you want to stop masturbation and watching porn than you need to gradually decrease the porn watching and once you decrease it, automatically your masturbation control occur.
Masturbation itself has no any side effects and does not lead to any mental illness.
Once you got married than automatically your masturbation is controlled.
At present at this age once you sexually excited than only masturbation is the way to control your sexual excitement even i told you that healthy way to bring out sexual emotion.
