Brief Answer:
Yes, she can take I-pill to prevent pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern.

Yes, she can take I-pill within 72 hrs. after unprotected sex to prevent pregnancy.

Because the chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.

I-pill is quite safe medicine if use in emergency situation( not too frequently) and does not affect her health.

Sometimes it may cause nausea, vomiting, headache, stomach pain and menstrual irregularities.

These side effects resolve in 2-3 days by its own.

So better she should take I-pill right now.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Brief Answer:
No there is no test to confirm pregnancy right now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you once again.

There are no strong evidence that papaya and pineapple can prevent pregnancy. So you cannot rely on these food.

Right now there is no test to check whether you are pregnant or not. You have to wait for your next menses and you can go for a home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy after 7 days of your missed period date.

Hope it is useful.
