Does The Mole That Is Raised And Discoloured Indicative Of Melanoma?

Question: Hi, I've had four moderately aytipical moles. None were new. no family history of melanoma. 37 :years old female. I'm worried this mole which is tanned and slightly raised it a bad one. thought s please. photos attached

The moles are appearing totally normal.
Melanoma presents with painful induration moles which sometimes bleed.

Hi, thanks but do you think it looks aytipical first question. as I noticed that it is slightly raised and I see assymetrical? also I have had four tiny moderately aytipical moles removed. should I worry about.melanoma. I feel like I'm a time bomb!
