Does This Sound Like Anxiety Or Something Else? Ive Always

Ive always had poorly treated anxiety (no meds or meds that didn’t work well) I’ve always had bad health anxiety.
Since Covid started I’ve been overly scared by getting it. I’ve been home since it started and haven’t even went outside. I can’t eveneat properly because I think food packages are infected and I’m not able to get my hands clean enough after touching.
I’ve been having the following symptoms since Covid started (some I’ve had before but not as bad)
-Strong beating heart (Feel it in my chest, my stomach moves (jiggles), fingers, head) like a throbbing. I’ve had this off and on throughout my life but not constantly (happens daily for long periods but happens with the following symptoms)
-Body twitches (Muscle twitches) legs and feet mostly, but arms etc
-Pains that jump around (my arm will hurt for 1 min then go away, then my shoulder or my foot or face)
-Seeing my pulse (after exercise I can see a pulsating in the corners of my vision, this also happens when I’m looking at a blank wall mostly when my heart is beating hard)
-Cold hands & feet (this happens often and I’m normally not cold)
-Tingling in my fingers, hands or feet (only happens sometimes)
Had a complete anxiety attack in May and trout I was dying and took an ambulance to the hospital. They gave me Ativan and an EKG and that’s all. They said the EKG looked good but not really sure what that actually means. My blood pressure and pulse was very high when I went in, after an hour in there BP was at 160/80. I since got a home monitor and it seems to be around 115/77 on average.
My main concern is the strong heart beat I feel and the eye pulse thing.
I just started Burspar 5mg 2x a day but it will be awhile until that kicks in if it helps at all. Got that on a telahealth visit but they didn’t ask me about my symptoms so I never got to ask if they are anxiety related.

Anxiety
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but most of your symptoms are due to anxiety, however I would recommend that you run some tests ( cbc test to exclude anemia and a blood test for vitamin 12 level to exclude its deficiency) to exclude physical causes..
You need to know that more than 80% of COVID 10 patients resolve naturally without any complications .. I hope you find this helpful. If you don’t have any other clarifications then please close the discussion..
