Does This Still Look Like Eczema And Will It Ever Go Away?

Question: Does this still look like eczema and will it ever go away? I’ve been applying a steroid cream from dermatologist for a small red spot on wrist and I thought it was getting better but today it looks like it spread. What is this from?
Brief Answer:
Allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
I have gone through other questions you have asked in past.
You seem to have developed such lesions multiple times in past.
It looks like you have allergy to a particular thing which you are ingesting.
It can be any food or a medication.
Try to make a note of what you eat daily and eliminate the food items with which the lesions increase.
This exercise should help you.
Continue applying steroid cream and cetrizine tablet.
These are safe.
If possible get a complete blood count with platelet levels.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Thank you so much for all your help. I have one more question and then I promise you I will close this out.
I completed blood work and it is normal. The hive stuff has not happened since. I’m under a lot of stress right now caring for aging parent.
The spot on my wrist is not getting worse or better. Just a red circle. My question is does Eczema ever leave a post inflammatory pigmentation spot that takes awhile to go back to normal? Thank you again for your patience with me. I have a bit of health anxiety!
