Does Tooth Infection In A Child Require Root Canal Treatment?
Tooth decay, back tooth root canal treatment, front tooth extraction
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The infection in the tooth can be because of the decay. Nothing to be panic, if the decayed tooth is front tooth, then there is no need to get the root canal treatment. If it is a back tooth then it needs to be root canal treated because the because teeth needs to be maintained till 11 to 12 years. If you get the teeth removed then the permanent teeth which erupts in place of that will not be aligned properly.
You have not mentioned which tooth is affected. So kindly mention the tooth which is affected( front or back) and also upload the images of the tooth which is in problem so that I can give you exact treatment plan.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. Nothing to be panic, the tooth can be root canal treated if the tooth has sufficient tooth structure. Consult a good pediatric dental surgeon and take a radiograph to see the status of the affected tooth and then decide the treatment plan. I hope I have answered your query. Take care.
