Brief Answer:
Get evaluated, Continue Becasule once daily
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Burning sensation in palms in diabetes may be due to neuropathy or nutritional deficiency most commonly vitamin B 12.
You should get your vitamin B12 levels checked.
Nerve conduction study may be done.
Becasule can be taken but daily single dose is sufficient.
Vitamin B 12 supplementation capsules are also available.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
