Advice regarding hair fall and thinning
Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You seem to have andogenetic alopecia.
Grocapix gel is safe. Response may take 3-6 months of continuous treatment. Treatment is long term. Patients may need lifelong maintenance treatment. Response varies from patient to patient. It is advisable to start treatment early before there is too much of thinning.

Thank you for the response. Would you recommend any other treatment for the same? Hoe many times a day should this gel be applied?
Brief Answer:
Topical and oral medication for hair loss/ thinning
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Rather than gel I usually recommend Minoxidil 5% solution (Mintop forte), 1ml, to be applied twice daily on scalp.
Both topical preparations (whether gel or solution) are for twice daily application.
In addition i usually suggest a tablet of finasteride (finast 5mg) in those females who have completed family and do not intend to become pregnant. This medicine is not for females who can become pregnant while on treatment.
You may in addition continue with bitozed tablet.
